The fresh crete surface is a joy to skate, providing smooth rides for enthusiasts. Connected to a basketball court, it offers skaters space to spread their wings and showcase their flat tricks. The park boasts an array of random bumps and ledges around its perimeter, providing ample opportunities for creativity. Additionally, with banks, mounds, and mellow flat rails, there’s something for every skill level. However, the park’s small size and limited features may disappoint some. The most notable drawback is the excessive tanbark covering the surface, requiring skaters to spend valuable time clearing it before enjoying their session. Despite this inconvenience, Barrabool Estate Skatepark remains a charming spot for skaters to hone their skills.
Carrum Downs Skatepark
The new and improved Carrum Downs Skatepark has changed the game. Whilst the original pump track remains the same, extensions, renovations, and upgrades have created a large open flow bowl with some hips, humps and bumps to navigate. Three stars with steeze.
