The Apollo Bay Skatepark is located on the foreshore and can’t be missed from the Great Ocean Road. The Skatepark is on a decent sized, smooth concrete slab with a couple of feature obstacles in the middle and a selection of quarters and ramps on either side for you to pump between and choose how fast to hit the features. Unfortunately for those who want to hit transition to transitions, the distance between each side of the skatepark is way too far to maintain any speed. Nevertheless the epic box spine is pretty easy to boost out of with some momentum and many argue that the Apollo Bay Skatepark is the best on the Surf Coast of Victoria. At one end you have the option of the 2 ft quarter, 3 ft quarter or the 4ft roll in. On the other end your presented with a 2 ft quarter that takes up half of the section shared with a 3 ft bank and a 4 ft quarter. Each end also has a cool 1/8 bowl on one side and a smaller roll in on the beach side.
