The ageing Cabarita Skatepark is a dated park, although it has had some upgrades over the years. The skatepark features a large 6 ft bowl with old-school gnarly transitions. In its hay day, this bowl would have been rad, but the game has changed, and there is a reason why they dont still make bowls like this.
The skatepark is reasonably sized, with expanding sections with mellower features. Heaps of banks with an open layout. If this were your local, you would have your lines dialled. They have added a few more realistic mellow street features, and the concrete is well maintained with a consistently inconsistent mix of rough and smooth surfaces.
Located next to the beach just south of the Gold Coast, Cabarita Skatepark has a lot to offer skaters, scooter rollers and bike riders.
