Caloundra has a sweet private skatepark operated by the Caloundra Aquatic Centre. The concrete skatepark is enormous and features an awesome skate bowl. The concrete surface is as smooth as a baby’s bottom, and the coping is fully equipped with steel that is hard to beat. The skatepark is fully decked out with shade cloth to protect the skaters from the UV rays. The private skatepark does require you to sign a waiver and hand over some money as it is NOT free to skate. A rad skatepark that is worth paying the money, in our opinion.
