Moruya Skatepark can be found in Gundary Oval near the bridge, close to the centre of town. The concrete skatepark has had several upgrades over the years to what we now know of it.
Oasis Skate Park designed and constructed the most recent upgrade with a street extension that connects to the existing park. The new section has a couple of curved banks, standard banks, rail, stairs and a bank.
The original section of the skatepark has a bunch of mellow old-school street features that look like a lot of fun. Features include a mini ramp with a spine, quarters, banks, rails, a manny pad, a volcano and a snake run section that starts uphill and flows into the rest of the park.
The obstacles look fun, but the concrete surface is old and rough. The skatepark shares some concrete with a basketball ring to make for a multi-purpose sports facility.
