Northcote Skatepark once upon a time was a small skatepark, however, it has been extended on over the years and is now a very reasonably sized skate space. The skatepark was built by Convic and is another classic Melbourne skatepark that you must check out. Northcote Skatepark features a unique bowl with several hips and progressively gets deeper at one end. The other half of the original section of the skatepark comprises of heaps of banks, quarters, rails, ledges, boxes and euro gaps galore. The park has extended into the neighbouring public basketball court with several more ledges and obstacles for the street skaters. Very good use of space and integration with existing walkways and paths.
