Point Cook Coast Skatepark on Gramercy Boulevard, Point Cook is one of the latest skateparks built in the western suburbs of Melbourne. This skate park is dodgy as. The transitions are dangerous and the boxes are too steep. You can see from the photos. It also hard create any good lines. Only advanced skaters would get anything out of it. Thats before you have to compete with anyone playing on the b.ball courts in the middle. This is designed by urban planners who have never skated and had no consultation with skaters. Dangerous. For context, I’m an intermediate skater and bmx rider who struggled to have fun on either at this park. 1/2 star – just for being the first thing around the area.
