Bailey Reserve Skatepark has replaced the old Bentleigh East Skatepark in Glen Eira, Vic. The new concrete skatepark is ”officially” open and waiting for you to skateboard, scooter, skate, BMX, admire or even take pictures of, if you want to give the people what they want, although watch out as the concrete is as slippery as the contractors themselves. The design on the other hand is breathtaking and something to admire thanks to the legends at both Playce and Baseplate.
The New Bailey Reserve Skatepark features a large street section with heaps of super mellow ledges, quarters, steps, humps and rails. The skatepark caters for most, and boasts a super unique open double bowl with spine, extensions, hips and more. The old Bentleigh East Skatepark has transformed itself into one of Melbourne’s best skateparks so get there while the concrete is still smooth and before the cracks develop any further.
