The infamous Caboolture Bowl in Apex Park, next to the beautiful Centenary Lakes Park, lies some old concrete that is part of Queensland skatepark history.
The bowl has a deep end with roll-in and a shallow section that forms some sort of mini ramp. The skate bowl is old school, it was built before steel coping was a thing. Still, a fun park to learn to pump around, and it looks like the mini is getting some use as it is waxed and ready to go.
The Caboolture Bowl makes us appreciate how far skatepark design and construction have come along over the past couple of decades.
