Corio Bowls consists of three different shaped and sized concrete skate bowls all without coping. The smallest bowl is more of a skate dish (Also referred to as a ‘paint tray’) with mellow banks on all sides. The middle bowl is oblong that is missing one half of the quarter wall You will have to check out the pics as they speak a thousand words. Despite being different (props) the transitions are way too aggressive and is challenging to maintain any consistent flow. The third bowl is an absolute monster. It is literally a circle bowl with a roll in section. All three bowls have very good drainage (something that many newer parks are lacking).

There is a small one meter pathway that connects each of the bowls together, All the concrete is pretty rough and the bowls are all either way to mellow or tight. Currently this facility is more commonly used by the artists with heaps of fresh pieces and spray cans scattered everywhere. Corio Bowls is not for the faint hearted. The antique skatepark is one of a few gnarly old school spots in Victoria and worth checking out even just for a look at some skateboarding history.
