Nestled in the vibrant suburb of Islington in New South Wales, Islington Bowl was one of the original skateboarding destinations for skateboarders searching for skateparks. This skate bowl offers dynamic and unique transitions that cater to skateboarders of all ages and skill levels. Islington Bowl has always been a go-to spot for skaters in the region.

The design incorporates smooth transitions, challenging concrete coping or lack thereof, and varying depths, with sufficient drainage offering skaters an old-school bathtub-shaped bowl. It is a little gnarley rolling around the bowl without the steel coping that we have come familiar with, although you get used to it in no time at all.

Islington Bowl’s standout feature is its meticulously crafted bowl, which provides skateboarders with an exhilarating and flowing ride. The bowl’s carefully designed transitions and depths allow skaters to execute a variety of tricks, carve lines, and experience a continuous and dynamic flow. From deep carving to technical maneuvers, Islington Bowl offers a range of challenges that push skateboarders to expand their repertoire and test their abilities.

Get on down and roll around Islington Bowl whilst it still stands.
