The New Roxburgh Park Skatepark has managed to step up the street skating scene in Melbourne’s northern suburbs which is amazing considering the street park doesn’t have a single set of stairs or even a step for that matter. The skatepark is actually reasonably large and has one of the smoothest yet slipperiest concrete surfaces in Greater Melbourne. There are a couple of humps and super mellow banks, however, the street orientated skatepark has one main recurring obstacle. If you like very small but very long ledges, you are going to love the New Roxburgh Park Skatepark. Navigate your own way through the 360° virtual tour below or keep scrolling to find images from above.
If you are in the area and searching for a more conventional street skatepark may we recommend you checking out Roxbough Skatepark. Sure not a conventional park, although it still ha most of your standard street features that you won’t find here.
