On Tasmania’s gorgeous northeast corner, just below the famous Bay of Fires in Scamander is a rad little concrete skatepark with transitions, street and an open bowl.

Scamander Skatepark is situated directly on the coast with sea views and sand-blown foreshores. The concrete skatepark features a number of repairs, steel coping that we a familiar with, banks, quarters, rails, ledges, euro-gaps, stairs, an open bowl and not much more. The skatepark is starting to show it’s age, however all things considered, who wouldn’t want a park like this on their back doorstep located net to the beach.
