Truganina Skatepark was constructed in early 2010’s and is nestled between a playground, a sports field and a school. Overall it is a very small skatepark with steps, ledges, banks and one HUGE rail. Truganiina Skatepark is definitely different and deserves street-cred for originality, however, being original does not always equal quality.

The sloping banks on either side of the park create for a great place to shoot hoops as if you are short on players as nine times out of ten the ball will bounce back into the centre. The skatepark is a great addition to the playground but you will probably have wished you brought a frisbee to throw on the neighbouring oval as the ledges and banks get old quickly. If skateboarding, scootering, BMX riding or skating was why you are searching for skateparks in Truganina opposed to Bearsby, you are in luck as there are a couple of epic skateparks in the area that we think you might prefer including the new Baden Powell Skatepark that is only a short skate away.
