Armstrong Creek Skatepark can be found on Unity Drive in Mount Duneed only a few minutes drive from Geelong. The skatepark is a contender for Australia’s most mellow skate spots with sloping banks on either side, a hump in the middle and a curved ledge on the side that runs into a wall. Although it is a small skatepark, it conveniently backs onto a basketball court that gives you a bit more space to flap your wings. The concrete is smooth and both of the banks are waiting you to master your next trick or become more comfortable grinding down either side. You have probably seen enough of Armstrong Creek Skatepark just by looking at the pics below, therefore could we suggest saving your time and head straight to Waurn Ponds or Torquay if your looking for some nearby alternatives.
