The street-oriented Fernside Skatepark is the one-stop shop for street skaters.
Once upon a time, the skatepark consisted primarily of a mini ramp. Fortunately, the council has left the pimping mini ramp and added a massive extension with the street features. There are a few very steep transitions on the perimeter, heaps of ledges, stairs, and rails.
The concrete is smooth, and the transitions are tight.
