Designed by Convic Skate Parks, the relatively new Nowra Skatepark is a great addition to the New South Wales skatepark infrastructure.
The concrete skatepark can be found at the end of McGrath Ave, Nowra, NSW. The skatepark has a whopping four mini ramps and a comprehensive street section.
There are three mini ramps that are connected together in a row with spines. One of the spines is wider than the other, offering for some variety. On one side of the quarters are optional humps that are more manageable for beginners and fun to mix to up.
An isolated mini ramp at the end of the skatepark is roughly the same size as every other transition in the park. A peculiar design decision, but if you like 5 ft quarters, your going to love Nowra Skatepark.
The street section is decent with a bunch of mellow features, including banks, manny pads, ledges, rails, slappy curbs and more.
A fun skatepark that local skaters at Nowra are spoilt to call their local.
