Alex Skatepark in Alex Beach, just south of Maroochydore in the Sunshine Coast, is jam-packed with all the features we would come to expect from a new concrete park. Located on the foreshore, you can skate whilst watching the waves crash on the beach adjacent to the park. The concrete skatepark has a super smooth surface with an open design making it super easy and fun to skate around and share with other riders and vibers. One of the features is a large skate bowl with pool tiles and coping. The skatepark also has a much smaller bowl with traditional steel coping that doubles up as a sweet mini ramp. The street section is extensive with ledges, banks, pole jam, fire hydrant, wall rides, slappy curb, slanted wall rides, stairs, gaps, rails and much more. Alex Skatepark is an impressive skate facility boasting of features that you could fit in an entire session.
