Roxburgh Skatepark was designed by Precision Skate Parks and built-in 2008 thanks to the team at Convic Skateparks. The street style skatepark has heaps of banks rails, ledges, stairs and even a couple of quarters. The park features a unique surface with large blocks opposed to a conventional concrete slab that we are more familiar with at most other skateparks. The tiled like effect only contributes to the ambience of the street style park with the sound, feel and steeze of skating the streets. The Hume City Council have invested in a number of skateparks in the area, so if you have neglected to check out some of their recently constructed masterpieces, it might be time for a road trip. The skatepark can be found next to the footy oval.
