The design of the new extension collaborated closely with the local community and skateboarders to ensure the park’s features would meet the needs and desires of the skaters in the area.
The park’s construction was undertaken by a local construction firm, in coordination with XYZ Network’s design specifications. The construction team worked diligently to bring the vision of the skatepark back to life, utilizing high-quality materials and precise craftsmanship to create smooth and consistent transitions.
The pre-existing section of the skatepark features several elements to accommodate different skateboarding styles and skill levels. From flowing transitions and angled banks to many pads, ledges, and a rail, South West Rocks Skatepark offers a variety of mellow features that encourage creativity and progression.
