Kempsey Shire Council, in partnership with local community members, has created a new tar-based pump track at Mountainview Reserve, off Polwood Street in West Kempsey.

This innovative pump track allows riders on bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and roller skates to cruise the course effortlessly, without needing to pedal or push.

Designed as both a recreational space and a safe, family-friendly environment, the pump track offers a fun and accessible area for individuals and families to enjoy active outdoor recreation. Featuring a series of mellow humps and bumps on a smooth tar surface, it’s perfect for riders of all skill levels.
